Booking Confirmation To confirm your stay, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount is required via bank transfer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but you won't lose it:
- ✅ If we are notified via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before arrival, the entire deposit can be recovered for a booking within the same calendar year.
- You can agree on new dates for any time of the year; however, availability and updated seasonal rates will apply.
Total Peace of Mind In the event of official travel restrictions or documented government lockdowns (Force Majeure), the full amount will be refunded immediately.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
